Refund policy

If you are dissatisfied with a Product or ingredient for any reason, please contact us at info@puregreen.com within seven (7) days of the date you received the Product and we will either replace the Product at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item. We may require the return or photographic documentation of any Product with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a replacement, credit or refund.
